Heathrow Airport is about 65 miles (105 KM) from Southampton cruise port.

The cheapest option is to travel by the national express coach. Then you need a taxi from the Southampton bus station to the cruise port.

Other option is Southampton cruise bus shuttle, which will pick you up from hotels in Heathrow, unfortunately it doesn't pick up from passenger terminals.

There is also a train connection, but it does not have a direct connection, hence you have to use the RailAir shuttle to connect with the train service at Wapping, which is about 15 mile away from Heathrow airport..

Another option is to hire Private hire vehicles, which can pick you from passenger terminals and drop you off at the port hassle free.

You could, but it would take you an awfully long time, because you are going the wrong way. You would have to go right round the earth, a journey of about 24,000 miles, and when you eventually get nearer to London Heathrow, you will be approaching it from the South.

Not directly, you will need to take the South West trains service to London Waterloo and then you need to take the Bakerloo line tube to Piccadilly Circus, and then you can take the Piccadilly Line all the way to Heathrow Airport.
