Depending on the type of airframe and aircraft would tell you the maximum altitude an aircraft can obtain. Even then, specific aircraft (i.e. jets, propeller powered planes, biplanes) all have different maximum altitudes or ceilings. To answer the question, what aircraft has the most unrestricted ceiling?, that is the SR-71 Black hawk with a ceiling of roughly 80,000 feet.
*NOTE: Because of the high altitude and air pressure, pilots need a special suit and mask that provides them with protection from the upper recesses of the atmosphere
It all depends on the airplane, passenger jets go around 35k feet high.

You get where you want to go faster
as high as the lift from the wings is greater than the gravity pulling it down
The high flying jets left long contrails marking their paths through the sky.

You can see them at many airports and in the sky.
in the high sky :)
It depends on how big the airplane is. If it's a Boeing 747, it'll need about 180 knots to prevent stalling, but if its a Cessna, it'll need only about 55 knots.
