Depends on what airline and what jumbo jet. They are not all the same. It does depend on the airline yes, but generally they take between 350 and 450 people, although one airline in the far-east apparantly has them configured all economy-class to take over 500 passengers. I wouldn't like to be stuck in the restroom queue on one of those.
