First, the pilot manipulates the control input, a yoke for example. Then, either mechanically or electronically, the signal from the yoke reaches the ailerons. Ailerons are the flaps usually found on the outside of the wing. Once the signal reaches the ailerons, the aileron on the right side (or left if the aircraft is turning left) lifts up. Usually, the opposite aileron will lift downwards. There other methods of banking the aircraft, but the principals are nearly all the same.
Aircraft are able to turn left to right, vice versa or around by controlling the spin of the wheels. Preventing the right wheels to roll will turn the aircraft to right and controlling the left wheels will make a left turn.
If you're facing forwards then the left hand side of the aircraft is on your left and the right hand side is on your right. Reverse this if you're facing the rear of the aircraft.
The captain is NOT "placed in right hand side". In all aircraft the captain is on the left side.
The in-side! Sorry, starboard.
Yes.
The left side is the port side while the right side is the starboard side.
Port side and starboard side are the terms used for an aircraft respectively. left and right is common mans language.
The three primary flight controls in an aircraft are the ailerons, elevators, and rudder. Ailerons, located on the wings, control roll and allow the aircraft to tilt side to side. Elevators, found on the tail, manage pitch and enable the aircraft to ascend or descend. The rudder, located on the vertical stabilizer, controls yaw and helps the aircraft turn left or right.
Starboard is the right side of a ship or aircraft when one is facing forward.

My 2000 alero pulls side to side on turns. For instance if i turn a little right it wants to completely turn right or vise-versa to the left. And also the steering seems to be extremely easy to turn and sensitive. thanks
If you mean it stays on and does not blink then check the other turn signal bulbs on the right side front/back. If it blinks but does not turn off when you make a turn then the problem is in the steering column canceler.
