I tried to contact the agent to ask them to change the postal code of the address, and got an out of office from their agent, which said she wasnt in in the office for a few days. I couldn't get through to the phone number on the website and the phone number with the 36 prefix doesn't work either. The agent never ccontacted me, and the site told me that I should go to the airport and get my ticket there. I decided to leave the flight cancel, and one week later can't book another flight, because they still haven't removed the authorisation from my credit card. I was eventually contacted, but told them to shove off. The authorisation still has not been cancelled. I think these people are a joke, and I am now thinking of closing my credit card account and just getting another one.
