Not to my knowledge, if for play or just for kicks, I do believe there is a charge in some states as impersonating and it applies to anyone or anything. In those states you can be arrested for impersonating a janitor... its all about the intent I believe. As long as there is no malicious or criminal intent i believe it is ok. I ordered a uniform and flew SWA and there was no problem the flight attendant was a little confused when i didn't go onto the flight deck but no big deal, However i am a private pilot. I just wanted to see if I would get preferential treatment and I did... lol
