Most of the time air transportation is one of the most reliable and convenient mode of transportation. There so many advantages but as every other aspect it also has both advantages and disadvantage.

According to the Question I would like to mention few disadvantages in below;

  1. As it is a Point To Point travel (P2P/PTP) you won't be able to reach to the exact point that you want to reach.
  2. Always the aircraft should have an appropriate place for make it's Takeoff and Landings.
  3. Comparing to other modes of transportation it's quite costly.
  4. Sometimes it is Risky (depends on weather, geographical Conditions etc.)
  5. Carrying capacity is lesser when comparing to other transportation modes.
