There is no effect on living humans if plane crashes because all the gases are burned out while plane explodes ,company would be effected of whom plane was crashed.

On the contrary, there is a tremendous effect on living humans ! -I have been at the scene of many air crashes and human bodies are literally torn to shreds and spread over a wide area. Aircraft seldom 'explode' in crashes, more often they hit the ground at an angle and come apart in thousands of pieces, metal and fabric intermingled with parts of human body.
