Airplane air speed indicators ( the preferred term) are normally calibrated in Miles Per Hour ( statute) or Knots which is nautical MPH. In some European countries they may use Kilometers per hour. automobile and aircraft speedometers work on different principles and parts do not interchange, as it were. the question is silly, most Aircraft speed indicators are either in statute miles or Knots- Nautical miles-per hour. Kilometers per hour are not generally used.
