I believe it's still the SR-71 with a record speed of 3,529.56 km/h.
SR-71 holds the record for the fastest manned jet aircraft. The officail maximum airspeed achieved by the plane is near Mach3.5. Unfortunately it is only a spy plane or surveillance aircraft.

Ken Warby holds the current World Water Speed Record (WWSR) at 317.6 mph, set in 1978. He is Austrailian in origin. The boat, Spirt of Austrailia, was a jet powered hydroplane.
A plane climbs into the jet stream which is flowing at a rate of 80 miles per hour Traveling with the jet stream for 5 hours the plane covers 1150 miles The plane then reduces its altitude and flies 150.
The airspeed of a jet can vary significantly depending on the type of aircraft and its operational conditions. Commercial jets typically cruise at speeds between 450 to 600 miles per hour (724 to 966 kilometers per hour), while military jets can exceed speeds of 1,500 miles per hour (2,414 kilometers per hour) or more. Factors like altitude, weather, and the specific flight profile also influence airspeed.
Shockwave is the worldâ??s fastest truck. Shockwave is equipped with three jet engines, each one producing 12,000 horsepower. It holds the speed record for a jet truck at 676 miles per hour.
It holds the world record for the fastest jet plane it can travel at Mach 3.3 (three times the speed of sound) 2,000 mph
the average cruise speed for civil airliners ranges from 250 kias (knots in airspeed, close to miles per hour) to 1250 kias
If they can avoid it they do. The jetstream is very strong and the headwinds can really drive up the amount of fuel you need to gain and maintain airspeed.
Marvin is the only fast jet of ultimate fastness
The current absolute (or unlimited) record holder is ThrustSSC, a twin turbofan jet-powered car which has achieved 763 mph (slightly under 1228 km/h) over one mile (1.6 km), breaking the sound barrier, Do you know why it is becoming increasingly difficult to attempt to break the absolute LSR?? :)
