Spark, fuel, and air...all that is required for an engine to run.
It either isn't getting spark, isn't getting fuel, or isn't getting air. It can be a little more complex (timing could be off significantly causing an engine not to start).
What exactly do you mean by, "...sounds like it wants to start but doesn't turn over."
If it is not turning over, that would suggest the starter may not be engaging the flywheel...possibly a bad starter solenoid. If the engine is cranking, but not starting...then check spark, fuel, and air intake.
what is the wiring position for the ignition module on a 1990 Buick Park Avenue?
On top of the lower portion on the steering column.
turn ignition on leave it on for 10 minutes then switch ignition off then you start the car
This can only be done at a dealership.
The Buick Park Avenue Started In 1991
under the coil pack in the engine compartment. The coil pack is where the plug wires hook into it.
Doesnt have one....inertia switches are used one Ford vehicles
Yeah they will just put rubber band tires on the rim and not alot sounds in the trunk ...
The problem is most likely a faulty blower control module.
Yes. Three coil packs that have two plug wires running to each one.
Depends on the engine the Park Avenue had in it.
