Remove the transmission pan by unscrewing the bolts, then take out the old solenoid from its location. Install the new solenoid, ensuring it’s properly seated, then reattach the transmission pan with a new gasket and torque it to the specified settings. Finally, reconnect the battery and check the transmission fluid levels before starting the engine.
