My flasher relay ( flasher if you will) is located in tne fuse panel on the front looking out at you. It is round.
it is under the dash, nearly uner the radio in a black box

The fuel pump relay allows the pump to be turned on and off. In a 1994 Ford F350 4X4 5.8L, the fuel pump relay is located under the hood and inside the fuse box.
It is to the right of the steering wheel and left of the slide-in cup holder. Just behind the small storage compartment. Remove the large trim access panel that covers the main fuse compartment. Next, open the small storage compartment, squeeze in the rear of the compartment to allow it to drop, or open all the way. There will be a black relay cover that holds 2 relays in it. Open cover, mine only had one "blue" relay in it. That is the flasher relay! Replace relay. It was easy! Believe me, no Ford Dealership will tell you where it is. They want $$$ for an easy fix.
No, the 1997 is an 8 lug by 6.5" pattern, and the 2002 is an 8 lug by 6.693" or 170mm pattern.
It is important to use the right type of transmission fluid in a car. The 1997 F350 Diesel uses Mercon III transmission fluid.
It is a hydrolic clutch does not need adjusting
1990 f350 did not have a turbo, unless it was fitted after market, so check what engine you have such as year and size and then maybe we can answer your question
under the hood on top of the drivers side tire in the fuse box.

My F350 has two pumps, one in each tank. The tank switch turns each pump on.
