there is a little electric motor located under the dash on the heater box it opens a little door in there that directs the air to the defroster, vents, under the dash etc. those are bad about going out.
If air flow is reduced when a/c is on- could be an incorrect refrigerant charge - causing the evaporator to "Freeze" When you shut of system evaporator has a chance to defrost restoring air flow. Try turn vent only on when air flow is reduced to see if evaporator defrosts and air flow restored
What temp. thermostat did you put in? Try a higher temp. one. or check to see if heater core is clogged
No
Turning up the water heater can make hot water last longer by increasing the temperature of the water in the tank, which can help it stay hot for a longer period of time. However, this can also lead to higher energy consumption and potential safety risks, so it's important to find a balance between temperature and efficiency.
Park the truck so the front end is raised or jack it up, to get the radiator opening higher than the heater core. Then bleed the system normally by filling and running, heat on high, until thermostat opens. Then refill and top off.

The initial cost of a tankless water heater is higher than a traditional tank water heater, but over time, a tankless water heater can be more cost-effective due to its energy efficiency and longer lifespan.
In 2003, the price of a Chevrolet Silverado varied based on the model and trim level, but the base price for a new Silverado typically ranged from around $22,000 to $30,000. Higher trims and additional features could push the price up significantly. Overall, the Silverado was known for its reliability and strong performance in the full-size truck market during that time.
