It's my guess that it is the EVAP charcoal canister.

The PCV valve is located under the black plastic shroud on ther drivers side on top of the intake manifold. It will be covered by a circular foam insulation.
It is located under the hood right behind the battery on the left hand side. Just open the single black knob and voila, there it is.
