If you have antifreeze in any cylinder, this indicates a blown head gasket in that area of the head. Could also be a warped or a small crack in the head. I have seen this over and over again. Cylinder nice and shiny if the engine was running, due to the water and piston cleaning the wall of the cylinder.
Probably a cracked cylinder head.
If you look at the distributor of the car, sometimes they are marked with the cylinder number on the cap. Find number 1 and follow the spark plug cable to the spark plug. That will be No. 1 cylinder.
Whoa, you have got a problem! This is an indication that the head gasket is leaking on this cylinder. This vehicle needs to go into the shop immediately!

Number 1 will always be the front cylinder on an inline engine.
