I had the same problem I unloced and locked until the lift gate door lock acturator move enough to unlock and disconnected the acturator until I got a replacement.
Just wondering if you got the replacement from dealer? My Dealer wanted $180 for a new one, found a new one on eBay for $60. Item #220575120836.
