look at the cyl head, no1 will be to the front, if you look closely either the left or right side of the head will be more forward (as in closer to you) that's #1 other side is #2 (as in if #1 is left then #2 will be first on right) odd cyls on same side evens on same side, assuming ur #1 is on the left it will go down that side of the head 1,3,5 and right would be 2,4,6 hope that helps
