On most Saturn's, the OBD2 port is on the bottom of the dashboard, next to the steering column.
for most Saturn's, the diagnostic test port was below the steering column and a little to the left.

Most any code reader that plugs into diagnostic port can reset
Connect an engine diagnostic scanner to find out what is wrong.
The air bag module can record accident crash data. On a GM or Saturn vehicle the correct (GM) term for the air bag module is the SDM or sensing and diagnostic module. On the Saturn VUE. The SDM is mounted to the floor under the center console.
