Is the key fob on the remote not activating it, or is it that you can't open the swing
gate manually? The remote batteries might be shot, if it's not working, or the electric
actuator to unlock the door might be bad or loose wiring. The rear window is all that
is suppose to actually pop open when you hit the remote, then the swing gate is
supposed tp unlock automatically, not pop open also. Hard to tell what's wrong
