when you open the fuse block look on the underside of the lid and there you should see a diagram of fuses and relays.
On a 2001 Lincoln Continental, the window fuses and relays are located in the fuse box, which is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. There is also a secondary fuse box in the engine compartment. To locate the specific fuses and relays for the windows, refer to the fuse box cover or the owner's manual for a diagram and details on the correct fuses.
A diagram of the fuses can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box. A diagram of the fuses can also be found at most auto-parts stores.

I am cofused by your question, because the diagram for the fuses is on the cover of the fuses box. If your cover is missing you could try the dealer or a junk yard. If you are trying to locate the fuse cover and it's diagram there is one on the wall on the driver's side under the dash board. there is also a fuse block under the hood on top near the battery. Hope this helps.
