98 Chevrolet truck won't start after a hard rain?

Need to replace the distributor cap and rotor with a FACTORY GM CAP AND ROTOR.

Also need to check the coil and coil wire, more then likely you will have to replace coil

and mabe wire if it is not shiney and clean on the end were it goes into the coil.

This will fix your truck.
