Check your motor. it might be going out. Either that or the frame is pushed out somehow. In that case u gotta tear of the interior pannel and look.

The only thing I can think of that would be towards the back of the car would be the fuel pump in the fuel tank.

There is a neat little function that is available to expand the answer box and then reduce it thereafter. It is located to the bottom right of the answer window represented by an up and a down arrow. Clicking the down arrow will make the window longer where the up arrow makes the window shorter.
When u minimize a window i makes it smaller so in a way its like u have put it to 1 side Minimizing a window keeps it open and let processes that are using the window continue to run. You can restore a minimized window by clicking on its icon a the bottom of the screen. Closing a window "kills" it and all processes that are using it. It you are finished with a program you should close its window.
It makes that sound until the oil pressure builds and can lubricate the tappets or valves. shouldn't be a problem.
