It probley has a bad wheel senor, But to be sure you will need to have a scanner to hook up to the computer and then go into the ABS system and see whats wrong.

You may be low on brake fluid or the parking brake linkage needs adjusting.
Check fuse, check bulbs, check brake light switch, in that order.
You need to CHECK the brake light FUSE with a test light. If the fuse is okay then check the brake light switch. That is just above the steering column under the dash. It is H..L to get to.
