Without a model year I can't offer more specific instructions. The short version is that you'll probably want to take the car in to a shop. I owned a 1998 Grand Prix and discovered that accessing the rear three spark plugs required removal of the rear engine mount to tip the engine forward and up out of the engine compartment. Allegedly this could be done by letting the car roll forward down a hill and allowing the parking gear in the transmission to torque the engine out, but I wasn't brave enough to try it.
