Some common troubleshooting steps for fixing issues with fluorescent lights include checking the power supply, replacing the starter or ballast, cleaning the light fixture, and replacing the fluorescent tube.
what is this red light above my fuel gauge on my 2004 land rover discovery
Just a suggestion, check your trailer lights harness for corrosion. They were taking the dash lights down in my chevy.
It's a very involved and expensive process, but instructions are here: http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f38/discovery-headlight-conversion-2003-lights-71266.html Lights are on EBay or try http://www.roverlandparts.com/discovery-headlights.aspx or http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/2004/land_rover/discovery/body_electrical/headlight_assembly.html

lsndrover discovery 2007 front fogs not working and switch not showing on on dash
Perhaps fixing the ground wire for the passenger side on the 2000 Chevy S-10 will require that the driver's side ground wire also be fixed in order to have the brake lights work properly. There has to be a short somewhere in the wiring for the lights to go off.
the bulb has fused or broken or the electronics need fixing
I have that same problem with a 2001 tacoma no power rear tail lights brake light works and nothing for dash lights i need answers i am stumped Any real answers to this please???
There is no relay for the fog lights, only a fuse.
Depends of course on the vehicle but there are different fuses for the locks than the lights. My suggestion is to open the door so the lights are on and pull relays from the fuse block under the hood till they go out. This should disable both auto locks and dome lights.
