Ford ranger Lug nut patterns are all the same from 1984 to current. They are all 5 lug on a 4.5" bolt circle. Rim Back spacing differs between years though.

the lug patterns are the same however, the middle hub is smaller on the nissan than ford, u made need to shave off about a mm all around to get hub and rim flush.

Not hardly. 5 lug means 5 holes in the rim. 6 lug means 6 holes in the rim.
The rim is what holds the tire to the car it has the lug nut hole, if you mean chrome ring, it woulkd work the same.
