No No No. Do not buy a 6.0L diesel. You will have many problems with the emission, injectors, high pressure oil system, oil cooler, fuel in coolant, Turbo's sticking etc. I have been a technician for 10 years and worked on them ever sense they have come out in late 03. The engine wasn't made by Ford and even tested enough. On the other hand the 7.3L is an excellent choice and haven't seen the problems in the newer 6.4L It's been out for almost 2 years and the 6.4L has been pretty bullet proof. Over 10million miles tested on the 6.4L before even released. Let me put it this was I was doing cyl heads on 6.0L before they were even sold. Do not buy one. Trust me. May be ok from the start but problems are going to happen and they are very expensive repairs. For an blown EGR cooler my dealership charges $3000. For an oil cooler replacement with all the hoses flush egr cooler and valve just did one last week $5200 bucks. Not worth it. The six slow is a peace of crap. Don't your life harder then it already is. Hope this helps. Buy a 7.3L or a 6.4L
