As you run the engine and the themostat opens, the air should escape from the system. Also look for bleeder valves which will usually be located on the highest points of the cooling system. While the engine is running, open the bleeder valves slightly to remove any trapped air. You may or may not find bleeder valves. You may have to do this a couple of times to remove all trapped air. Check the level of the coolant for the next few days to make sure it stays full. As the air leaves the system the coolant level goes down.

Hi,The bleeder valves (there are two) are located on both sides of the engine. There is one above the water pump and one located very close to the thermostat housing.The water pump is located on the left side of the engine, as you face it from the front, and the thermostat housing is on the right side of the engine, very close to the throttle body.I have included a link to a site that has pictures of where these bleeder valves are located.Good Luck, Greg
