more than likely it is your exhaust pipe mounts that need replacing.
you do have an ( 02 ) sensor on the exhaust system
a bottom hose on a car is usually a radiator, a bottom pipe on a car is usually exhaust
I have a 2008 Nissan Titan and I found the heat shield between the exhaust pipe and bottom of cab(driver side) caused the rattle between 25 & 35 mph.I cut a piece of radiator hose and wedged it in place and solved my problem.easy fix.
She might have hurt it somehow. Look at the bottom of her paw and see if she stepped on anything, has something stuck in there, or if there is a wound.

It is connected to the pipe off the exhaust manifold in the bottom outside of the car.
