being that it is a new vehicle the best advise at this time is to have the vehicle scan for trouble codes.(you don't want to void your waranty by messing with it)

It sounds like a problem with the electrical system. I would check the belts, alternator, and battery. If none of those were the problem, I would take it to the dealer for repair.
