what would cause a 1994 Buick LeSabre v6 to turn off going down the road.
More than likely the Flasher Relay is bad.
On the side of the door it says Lights and Parking lights are under it. But you push in the top knob on the driver side door.
I had this problem with my 1994 Buick LeSabre and it no longer happened when I installed a new battery. It's been at least 6 months now with no recurrence of the problem. Before the new battery, I noticed that if I waited about 5 minutes after turning off the car, I could get the lights to turn off. Seemed like something had to cool down.
I tried to change the harmonic balancer of my biuck lesabre 1994, but i can't remove the old one, the bold in the center is very , very tight and i don't know the type of screw, right or left turn.
This varies with model year.
The trunk
probably a faulty headlight switch, or you have a bare wire somewhere. My 92 Lesaber is made so the headlights come on automaticaly or you can turn them on with a headlight switch.
To turn off the fuel pump on a 1994 Buick LeSabre, you can disconnect the fuel pump relay located in the fuse box under the hood. Alternatively, you can remove the fuel pump fuse from the same fuse box. Always ensure the ignition is turned off before performing these actions to avoid any electrical issues or fuel leaks.
Blown bulb.
Bottom right of steering colum. push in to turn on. pull out to turn off
IF IT IS LIKE MY 91, YOU OPEN THE HOOD AND LOOK DOWN ABOVE THE HEADLIGHTS AND YOU SEE TWO SMALL HOLES. GET FLASHLIGHT AND LOOK DOWN THERE IS A HEX SCREW TURN CLOCKWISE OR COUNTER. I USED AN ALLEN WRENCH, BUT I THINK A HEX WOULD WORK BETTER.
