I did a 2004 for my girl friend last month and had a similar problem. It ended up that the rubber dust/moister boot that is under the head of the bolt and goes to the lip on the caliper was torn allowing moisture to enter the bolt/pin was rusted solid. I could give you ten ways to try but let me just say this. Make sure you use a 6 point socket or wrench that fits snugly around the head. Most important is to get some penetrating oil on it and let it soak thoroughly. If you must use heat be awfully careful not to damage any parts or start a fire or blow yourself up. You can also try shocking the bolt with some hammer blows to the head.>!!! Do not damage the shape of the head or your wrench will not fit !!!< >Lastly Use Common Sense!<
