I f you can get in the car pull down back seats crawl into the trunk and pull the emergency release cable then check solenoid that releases trunk lock

The hazard button alone can't be replaced. You will need to replace the complete signal switch which is called a multifunction switch.

Keyless entry is an option and may have not been installed.
On the inside of the keyless entry remote or sometimes on the back it explains how to do this. I believe you hold the unlock button along with the lock button for 7 seconds near the car. It will explain it on the inside of the keyless entry remote.

on the right side of the remote near the panic button there is a place to stick a slotted screw driver or something to pry it open. work your way around the case splitting it open and replace the battery.
Pull the key out of the plastic remote. Look down in the crack, and you will see a gray little button. Press the button down with the key you pulled out, and flip the top plastic piece upwards while holding down the gray button. The battery will slide right out after that!
