Not without a TON of modification. The 3.8 is a 90 degree V6 while the 3.4 is a 60 degree. Not to mention the computer and wiring won't be correct either. By the time you are done with the modification you don't even gain that much.......the 3.8 is quite a bit heavier than the 3.4.
