yes it can go bad! check fuses and wiring first! usually its the ac clutch that does not work!! if low or out of coolant clutch will not recycle.
there is not one! if pump does not work it is a fuse, relay, or a bad fuel pump.
cylinder 5 missfire detected. could be plug, wire, or bad coil...
