Yes......We put a 545 big block in a 05 mustang. There is plenty of room, but it was alot of work. We used a front motor plate instead of regular motor mounts. Our biggest problem was the C6 transmission. The transmission tunnel was not anywhere near big enough. We completely cut it out and fabricated a new one using new metal and parts of the original tunnel. I wouldn't recommend this project to anyone. If I could have do-overs I would go a different route.
