I'm assuming you have like the SC1 or something. Yes. Steel rims can easily be fixed. Hammer the dents out - or if you don't mind paying the 20 bucks, you can take it to a tire shop and they'll do it for you. Probably a better idea to have them do it, you'll want it rebalanced afterwards.
Flip side, steel rims new are only like 50 bucks, or 20 at a junkyard.. put a nice hubcab over it and it'll look just like your others.
HOWEVER:Alloy rims should not be straightened. The SL2 and other upper end Saturn's came original equipment with Alloy's, and bending the rim typically causes significant metal fatigue and the rim will fail... not a pleasant experience.Regardless of what any tv show or anything tells you a bent frame can be fixed as long as it is not totalled. The car will still work the same and be just as safe.

Most likely it has unbalanced or bad tire(s). Bent wheel rims also can be the cause.
