what do you mean by bypass... is your ac squeeling and stuff... just unhook the wire that goes to it, a squeeling ac means the bearings in it have worn out... also what i did to my spirit and caravan was took the pulley and belt off the ac compresser... i believe without that extra thing being there, it would make the vehicle slightly easy on gas because the less the engine needs to pull the more gas milage it can get.
