you will need a wireing harness and computer that will work with the c1500 and the 350 so it is not hard you just need a computer that is out of a truck with a digital or analog dash what ever it is that the c1500 has and if your wiring harness is obd 2 witch it is you are good you might just need a couple of aditional plugs so get a whole harness

The radiator drain plug on a 1989 Chevy C1500 Silverado is on the bottom of the radiator.
It is right behind the Distributor and screewed into the top of the engine block.
