Anything is possible, is not a direct fit.
2003 was the first year of the hemi in the ram truck.
With some modification, yes
2005-2008 Hemi engines- put out 375 ft lb's 2009 put out 390 ft lb's
What model of car/truck is it? I'm really tempted to just answer "a Hemi," but I'll see if you'll respond first.
Yes, with extensive modifications.
You're kidding me right? If you don't know how many cylinders are in your truck don't mess with it,take it to a mechanic. To answer your question if you put gasoline in the tank it has 8 if you put diesel in it,it has none
The Hemi IS an engine, you can't "put" a hemi on to another engine
The 5.9L is not a Hemi and is not interchangeable with the 5.7LThe 5.9L is not a Hemi and is not interchangeable with the 5.7L
Yes. Recommend that the truck be a 4X4.
Obviously a 5.7 Hemi, a trans for the Hemi, wire harness and computers for the Hemi, Additional abs sensors for the Hemi, Some possible frame modifications for the mounts. You would basically need a donor truck, and have to swap everything under the hood, and you would stil have computer issues. The engine computer on the Hemi requires front abs sensors. The Dakota normally doesnt have 4 wheel abs. A large percentage of Hemi trucks also have the anti theft (chipped) key. You would possibly have to install that system too. Basically, more work than it is worth.
While I would recommend never using a programmer, you should at least wait until the truck is out of warranty.
1966 was the first year of the hemi in the charger and the first year of the charger also.
