While anything is possible with enough money and determination, the practical answer in this case is NO.

I'm not sure how much bigger than a 454 you can put in it, but a 350 will definitely fit in it, as I'm sure you already know, along with the 454.
both good engines but i have 65 elcamio with a 454 and it is just the best engine i have ever put into a chev. i would go with a 454
buy a car with 850 horsepower, put the Crown Victoria name on it and hope no one notices.
