Car over heats a lot New radiator 160 thermostat new water pump hoses new cap new heather core and timing is at 6 degress 1990 305 camaro and tried 3 different temp gauges all over heat?

Does your elec fan work? Make sure it comes on, add toggle switch if necessary. Sane problem i had with my 91. Do you have A/C? if so do you use it? if not take out your condenser. Allows more airflow. Under car you should fave a rad shroud. Most get ripped off. Buy a new one or make one. The ccar needs it. Also where fog lamps are located, if not used remove, will allow more airflow to enter rad.

I had the same problem and I changed out everything. Turns out it was just the water pump, but there were air bubbles in the line which cause overheating. A cheap and easy fix with bad consequences if not checked.
