If you can't reach inside and remove the rubber boot covering the back of the headlight assembly then do the following. Pull off the grill being careful not to break the clips or the plastic.

Use a screwdriver to slide the dagger clips out that hold in the headlight assembly. You can see the tabs on the top inside and on the outside sides of the headlight assembly

The headlight assembly will fall forward but you might have to remove the side marker light as the wires are very short. Now you should have easy access to the boots covering the bulbs. All bulbs remove with a twist and have tabs on them.
