there is a ball at the bottom of the neck that is designed to prevent people from stealing your gas. stick a pipe snake or a flexible wire of some sort down into the fuel tank till it stops, move it up and down in an attempt to get it unstuck, then try to put gas in it. keep using the pipe snake till gas will go in the car. i have had to do this a couple of times on my Malibu and it worked right away.
