a little more detail is needed here but in a nutshell if the fuse and relay are good than the most likely problems are the switch in the door panel or the actuator itself. its really easy to remove the door panels to check these items.. biggest problem youll run into is the stupid plastic "push pins" and the hidden screws. then use a test light (you can aquire one for about $10 at an autoparts store or tool dealer.) check the wires and grounds to ensure your getting power when you push the button. If you find its the switch you can CAREFULLY take the switch apart and clean the contacts, when you put it back together be sure to use some Dielectric grease. this is a common issue with power locks and windows.. water gets in there and corrodes the contacts and then your power stuff doesnt work.
