Are you talking about the AC compressor? If so, go to Smokinvette.com and about 3/4 of the way down in the C5 technical section you will see a thread that has full details on how to do this!
The C5, specifically the C5 Corvette, is manufactured in Bowling Green, Kentucky, at the General Motors Corvette Assembly Plant. This facility has been dedicated to producing Corvette models since its opening in 1981. The C5 generation of the Corvette was produced from 1997 to 2004.
why does my C5 corvette idle poorly ,just for a few seconds when coming to a stop?
yes
1997-2004
I have one. Thanks for asking.
C stands for Corvette, 5 stands for 5th generation.
You can't. The C5 third brake light is an LED unit. If the unit has went out the entire unit needs to be replaced. There are two bolts that hold the unit in that are accessed by removing the rear plate holder.
Yes it will, to get the details on the swap feel free to drop by Smokinvette.com and just ask the question in the C5 section! Good luck!
What are you looking to do? Well there are atleast a dozen good grounds on the C5 let alone any Corvette. CorvetteDon, as he is well known at Smokinvette.com has a animated picture of all the grounds on a C5. Jump over there and hit him up!
1997-2004, although the 2001-2004 models were much better for the C5
Corvette
yes..its the exact same thing but different internals and such
