make sure theres a full cooing system, because the fan switch that's screwed into the radiator won't come on if theres low fluid because of a leak... also, theres a fan relay, and could be a bad fan motor... diagnose the circuit with a manual, you can jump the fan switch to see if the fan comes on(if theres power to the switch with the key on) READ UP .... everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and a professional shop manual should be available at the library in the reference section for FREE...make copies of the right pages and fix your vehicle like a PRO! :) good luck Dave :) The main engine control computer turns the fan on and off using information it gets from the engine coolant temp sensor. The computer uses a relay to turn the fan on when needed.
your water pump is bad Coolant leak? Fan inop? Rad plugged?
where are the abs inop
Is the body of the wiper motor grounded? The motors are usually mounted on rubber and needs a grounding strap to the body of the unit.

It means that you have tried to enter the 4-6 digit code to many times and it has went into INOP mode. In order to get it out of INOP and into LOC mode again so you can enter the code you must drive the vehicle for 1 hour or keep the igintion in the on position for 1 hour.
Tail lights inop all the others are ok Break lights in the same socket are ok / No power to the tail light side of the socket

Replace the light bulb.
Leave radio power on for 1 hour
Check bulb, and check wire harness.
check fuses and for vac leak at unit and vac pump
Rev servo inop for some reason. Takeit to the trans shop.
