The ICP (Injector Control Pressure) sensor on a 2004 Ford F250 6.0 Powerstroke is located on the driver's side of the engine, near the rear of the cylinder head. It is mounted on the high-pressure oil rail and typically has an electrical connector attached to it. Accessing it might require some maneuvering around other engine components.
The oil capacity for the 6.0 Powerstoke Diesel is 15 quarts.
I have a 2002 F250 that had the same problem. It turned out to be a short in the wire coming from the cruise control on the shift lever.
