firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2- # 1 is starting at front of v-8 eng, left front bank. then #8 right rear bank, and then # 4 is second cyl on right from front of eng, and etc. The dist will rotate clockwise from # 1 starting cycle. All chevy v-8 will fire in this order.
